CMFA3950683FNT Overview
It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). 0603 (1608 Metric) includes it for your convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to function correctly. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Temperatures below 125°C can be reliably used with NTC thermometers. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -40°C. Power set by NTC thermistors is 100mW. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power.
