Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. For convenience, it is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±1%. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures of 125°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -40°C. It's 200mW power that the NTC thermistors can put out. NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 200mW.
