DC95Y103V Overview


An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Bulk. It is included in the Bead package for your convenience. NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C in order to function properly. When setting NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C, it will ensure reliable performance. For NTC thermistors, 150°C is the maximum operating temperature. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -80°C. There is a maximum power setting of 75mW set by the NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
