DS1023S-200 Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The taps/steps are configured with 256. The terminals are placed at DUAL. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology.
