Temperature -55°C~125°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of 125°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 500mW. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 500mW of power.
