To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 100nA @ 30V is required.Tol is the maximum voltage that can be supplied (5%).As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 39V.This device can only be operated when the working test voltage is set to 3.2mA.Once the voltage reaches maximum (Temp Coeff), diode reaches 36.66mV/°C.900mV @ 10mA is achieved when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is applied for its operation.To ensure that this device operates properly, diode is recommended that the reverse test voltage be set to 30V.
