PDI-V485-46 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 150pA current even if no light is provided.
