PDU-C114Q Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 30V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 30V on a continuous basis. There is 3nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
