PDU-V114Q Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. There is 10pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
