TRF2432IRTQR Overview
Using the frequency of 2.65GHz~3.15GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 56 terminations integrated.It is a 56-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -20°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
