WM8770SIFT/V Overview


As a space saver, it comes in the 64-TQFP package. As a packaging method, Tray is adopted. Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. The mounting type is Surface Mount. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. The unit is integrated with 1 / 4 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 2.7V~5.5V. Digital circuits are powered by 2.7V~3.6V supply voltages. There are 64 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. The device has 64 pins. Surface Mount technology is used for mounting it to a PCB. Digital signals are converted from analog signals using 1 A/D converters. It operates with the supply voltage of 3.3V. Often in the process of converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 4 D/A converters.
