1DA101J-EC Overview
A NTC thermistor comes in a Bulk package. We have included it in the Disc, 2.5mm Dia x 1.5mm W package for your convenience. NTC thermistors are required to have a resistance tolerance of ±10% in order to function. Setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~150°C ensures reliable performance. Temperatures above 300°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -55°C for relibility reasons. A NTC thermistors can set no more than 500mW power.
