Packged in Tape & Reel (TR). An example of a 100-LQFP package is shown below. It is suitable for use as a 3 Phase meter. The following version of Surface Mount is available. Extended operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. More similar parts can be found by searching 71M6543. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y.
