BH3515FV-E2 Overview

Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 28-LSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width).Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 3V~5.5V by increasing the supply voltage. In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted. As long as -40°C~85°C TA operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including General Purpose. On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 28 termination. In signal interfaces, 28 pins serve as pronged contacts. Its base H bridge ic number, BH3515, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related. This H bridge motor driver falls under the subcategory of RF/Microwave Amplifiers. The electric power of 3.3/5V is supplied to the electrical load.
