CAP1293-1-SN-TR Overview
Packaged in materials from Tape & Reel (TR). Using Surface Mount, it can be mounted on the PCB. In the electronic industry, 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)'s low package cost contributes significantly to its popularity. In order for it to operate normally, it requires the 3V~5.5V Supply Voltage. There are inputs of 3. In standard grade applications, it is classified as Type Buttons. Ensure that its operating temperature is always -40°C~125°C. The part is 8 b-resolution. Current supply for the device is set to 750μA. Using terminations of 8, it is constructed. In this gadget, CAP1293 is the most significant component. At Vsup, maximum Supply Voltage (5.5V) is reached.
