DS1040Z-D70 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 5. Terminals are located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. A logic type of PULSE GENERATOR DELAY LINE is used. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is a key active component of the CMOS/TTL family.
DS1040Z-D70 Features
