To save board space, the 300-BBGA package is used.Telecommunications equipment is packed in the Tube-way.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.Telecom circuit is possible to increase efficiency by providing 2.97V~3.63V with a higher voltage.Reliable performance can be offered when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.In Surface Mount's direction, telecom switching is mounted.An interface with 300 pins is present on this telecom interface.DS21FT42 is the base part number, which can be used to find more related parts.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 225mA.Telecom product operates with the supply voltage of 3.3V to provide much flexibility for designers.Designed to work with the supply current of 225mA, it provides designers with a great deal of flexibility.For normal operation, the temperature is set at -40°C minimum.85°C is set to the maximum value to ensure normal operation.Voltage supplied should be 2.97V at least.If 3.63V is higher than the supplied voltage, telecommunications device should be lower.It is recommended to keep the supply current at 225mA for normal operation.Telecommunication tools consists of 16-transceivers.
