EC95G503W Overview
Packaged with a Bulk are NTC thermistors. The Bead package includes it for convenience. When using NTC thermistors, resistance tolerance is ±0.1°C. A temperature setting of -80°C~150°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 70°C. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -80°C for reliability. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 75mW. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 75mW of power.
