ERT-J1VA400H Overview


In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±3% in order to operate. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. It is noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. As a result, the NTC thermistors set their maximum power at 100mW. It is possible for the electronic component to absorb the power dissipation generated by 0.1W.
