A temperature setting of -40°C~150°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -40°C for reliability. Power settings for NTC thermistors are limited to 100mW. Typical NTC thermistors operate with a maximum power dissipation of 100mW.
