With the enhanced 100-BQFP package, this RF IC is excellent.Tray package is used for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 100 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.This is a 100-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
