This RF IC features an enhanced 160-LBGA package .Tray package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 160 terminations integrated.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 160-pin.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
