HAL109JQ-I Overview
During packaging, the magnetic switch is protected against damage with the Tape & Box (TB). A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 5.2mA as the maximum current. Switches of this type are capable of delivering 50mA as the maximum current when they are in use. Magnetic switches should be able to output 50mA of current. This switch can supply a maximum of 5.2mA amps. For the magnetic switches, 125°C is the maximum operating temperature. The magnet switch should work, however, if the operating temperature is greater than -20°C.
