HMC747LC3CTR Overview

The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~14GHz.RF ICs with enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board. This RF module has 16 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 16-pin.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
