IR21593STRPBF Overview

Packaged in accordance with Tape & Reel (TR)'s materials.Electronics manufacturers recogni16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)e the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)'s low package cost.PCB mounting is done using Surface Mount.Type Ballast Controller refers to applications of standard grade. In order to operate normally, it is supplied with a power supply voltage.Operating it at -40°C~125°C is always a good idea.It can still perform accurately at 30kHz~230kHz frequency. There is a number IR21593SPBF in the device's best part. This system functions by utili10mAing 10mA's supply current. There is a set current of 10mA for the device's supply. It remains at 16 for the component's pin number.During mounting, the Surface Mount-axis is used.Packing is provided by 16-SOIC Supplier Device Package. The operation of this device requires a 14V voltage.A device such as this can be operated by 12V's output. If it is operating, it should have a temperature higher than 0°C.At this time, 125°C represents the maximum operating temperature.Temperature 10mA is the maximum it can handle.
