IR2167SPBF Overview
Materials used in packaging are those of Tube. Its low package cost attracts electronics manufacturers.PCB Surface Mount is used to mount it.Standard grade applications qualify it as Type PFC/Ballast Controller. The power supply voltage ensures that the unit functions properly.-40°C~125°C should always be the default setting.A 41kHz~47kHz frequency can still be operated accurately. In the device, the best part has a number of IR2167SPBFs.10mA supplies the current for this system. There is a 10mA setting on the device's supply current.Component 20 remains as its pin number. It is a part of mount " Surface Mount."Packing is provided by 20-SOIC Supplier Device Package. When operating, it should be warmer than -40°C.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C at this time.
