IR2520DSTRPBF Overview

Packaged in accordance with Tape & Reel (TR)'s materials.Low package costs are recogni8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)ed by electronics manufacturers.PCB Surface Mount is used to mount it.As Type Ballast Controller, it is suitable for standard grade applications. An appropriate power supply voltage ensures that it operates normally. The system should always be operated at -25°C~125°C.Even at 34kHz~86kHz frequency, it remains accurate. There are a number of IR2520DSPBFs in the device's best part. The terminations are 8.1 functions are used by the device. In this case, 10mA is the supply current. In this case, 8 is the pin number for the component.Surface Mount-direction mounting is done.In this instance, the output current is set to 230mA.It is possible to use up to 1 receivers/drivers simultaneously in the field. At most, it can output 230mA output current.
