A frequency of 10.7MHz is used to operate RF modulator.The enhanced 16-SIP Formed Leads package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Tube package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Through Hole-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 16-pin.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 70°C to ensure its reliability.A minimum operating temperature of -20°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 40mA.
