MAX2023ETX+ Overview
In the 1.5GHz~2.5GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tube package is used for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 36 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 295mA range.
