MC74VHCT259ADR2 Overview

16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains it. Tape & Reel (TR) is the way it is packaged. In this configuration, the output is set to Standard. D-Type, Addressable is the logic type of this electrical device. Based on the way of Surface Mount, this electronic part is mounted. There is no supply voltage for this device. A temperature of -55°C~125°C is set as the operating temperature. In the 74VHCT series, this FPGA is located. The device consists of 16 terminations that are designed to be used in conjunction with it. The device works with a voltage of 5V for its supply voltage. With 16 pins, it is equipped. This electronic device belongs to the family of AHCT/VHCT. When Vsup reaches 5.5V, the maximal supply voltage is reached. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 4.5V.
