MCP2140A-I/P Overview
In the 18-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, you can find it. The packaging is shaped in a Tube-shape, which makes it easy to carry around. The temperature should be regulated to -40°C~125°C for reliable operation. If you use a 3V~5.5VV power supply, you should have no problem. In it, there are 18 terminations. Supply voltages of 3V can achieve high efficiencies. There are two MCP2140As in the number. There are 18 pins used in order to operate the device. There is currently 2.2mA supply on the market. TELECOM CIRCUIT is the telecom type of the device's IC.
