Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk package. For convenience, it is included in the Disc, 6.5mm Dia x 5.0mm W package. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. When setting NTC thermistors to -55°C~125°C, it will ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors operate reliably at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -55°C. NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 500mW. The maximum power dissipation for NTC thermistors is 500mW.
