NCP03WL683J05RL Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). It is included in the 0201 (0603 Metric) package for your convenience. To make NTC thermistors work the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Ensure reliable performance by setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. It is possible to absorb 0.1W power dissipation by the electronic component. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 100mW of power. As long as the fuse element remains intact, the maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 120μA.
