NCP03XH223J05RL Overview
It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In the 0201 (0603 Metric) package, it is included as a convenience. When it comes to NTC thermistors, they have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. A component of the electronic system is capable of absorbing power dissipation of 0.1W. The maximum power dissipation for NTC thermistors is 100mW. NTC thermistors can operate at 210μA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
