NCP15XW222E03RC Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±3% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. In total, these NTC thermistors have 2 terminations. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. It is able to absorb power dissipation from 0.1W. NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. With NTC thermistors, the maximum current can be 3.8mA without causing too much damage to the fuse.
