NCP18XM331J03RB Overview
In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. Setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C ensures reliable performance. An NTC thermistor has a total of 2 terminations. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. Dissipation of energy of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. A NTC thermistor's maximum current can be set to 2.1mA without negatively affecting the fuse element.
