NTC thermistors require a resistance tolerance of ±10% for them to function. Set NTC thermistors to -50°C~150°C for reliable performance. Temperatures above 150°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -50°C.
