Using the frequency of 2.4GHz~2.5GHz 4.9GHz~5.875GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 32-TFLGA Exposed Pad package.The Digi-Reel? package contains this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at 0°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 250mA.
