SI8513-C-IS Overview
A 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to protect the current sensors from damage. It is designed to protect the current sensors from damage by packaging them in the Tube. The current supplied by current sensors should not exceed 7mA. A 20 termination is present on the current sensors. The current for which the current sensors have been designed is 20A. A current sensor has 20 pins. As a result of their operation, the current sensors could supply 5.5V voltage. A voltage of 3V can be supplied while these current sensors are operating. There are 20 pins on this electronic part.
