TDA21201B7T Overview

It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 9V~15V.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -25°C~125°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including Synchronous Buck Converters. On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.Full bridge also has a number of specific characteristics, including Bootstrap Circuit. Its base H bridge ic number, TDA21201, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is acceptable for minimizing costs.Accordingly, -25°C is an acceptable minimum operating temperature in order to avoid incurring excessive costs.
