On the basis of the frequency 2GHz~4GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 48 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
