In this RF modulator, the frequency is 1.7GHz~3.6GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 48 terminations integrated.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
