The frequency of 1.7GHz~3.6GHz determines how RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 48 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 48-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
