U643B-MFPG3Y Overview
Materials in compliance with Tape & Reel (TR)'s specifications.Low package costs make the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) attractive to electronics manufacturers. On the PCB, it is mounted using Surface Mount.Standard grade applications qualify it as Type Automotive, Flasher. It requires a power supply voltage to function properly. At -40°C~95°C, it should always be operated. Its best feature consists of a number of U643Bs.The system functions by using the supply current of 7mA.It is set to 7mA for the supply current. There is no change to the pin number 8 of the component. As a result, the output current is set to 100μA.Packaged in 8-SO Supplier Device Packaging.Operating temperature should be higher than -40°C.95°C is the maximum operating temperature at the moment.Only 15V supply voltages are compatible with it.It requires an input voltage of 9V volts to operate.
