UCC5638FQPG4 Overview
It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device matching the impedance of the line, which is known as 15 termination. Because of the low cost of its packages, the 48-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry. Materials used for packaging are the same as those used by Tray. Using Surface Mount, you mount it on a PCB. In order to prevent overheating, the Operating Temperature should not exceed 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius. This is a standard-qualified material. There is a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage provided to ensure normal operation. There are a number of 48 pins included for specific applications. Signal lines such as 15 are used for signals or intelligence transmission and are devoted exclusively to public or private service. High efficiency can be achieved by maintaining the supply voltage at 3.3V.
