With the enhanced 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.16-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 2mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
